Adriane M. Isenberg
Adriane M. Isenberg is a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA with a BA in Hispanic Studies. She graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a J.D. in 1996 and has been practicing in Gainesville, FL throughout her legal career.
Ms. Isenberg worked for the State of Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program representing the best interests of children in child abuse and neglect proceedings from 1996 – 1998. From 1998 – 2006, she was employed at Wershow, Schneider and Arroyo, P.A. practicing all aspects of family law, as well as representing the State of Florida Department of Revenue in child support cases.
In 2006, the Law Firm of Adriane M. Isenberg, P.A. was formed. Ms. Isenberg has been involved exclusively in family law practice since then. Her areas of expertise include divorce, paternity, child support, parenting plans, adoptions, guardianships, wills and trusts, domestic violence and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Ms. Isenberg has handled a number of cases in which one of the parties is a resident of a foreign jurisdiction. She has a special interest in cases of this kind especially those involving issues related to minor children. She raised her child as a divorced mother, whose former spouse resided in Europe. She is experienced in the unique problems that can arise, when parental responsibilities, child support, travel, visitation and time-sharing need to be determined between parties who reside in different countries.
Ms. Isenberg currently has cases in all of North Central Florida, including, but not limited to, Alachua, Gilchrist, Levy, Baker, Bradford, Union, Marion, Clay, Putnam and Columbia Counties.
